New York Sports Clubs and Our Family of Brands (NYSC) provides its eligible employees and their dependents with a comprehensive package of benefits. Choosing your benefits is an important, personal decision. Please carefully compare the features of the benefits outlined to determine which best suits you and your family.

The following information describes some of the benefits that are provided or made available should you meet the eligibility requirements as an employee of NYSC.

2023 Benefits Guide

NYSC's benefits include:

Medical Insurance - to cover you and your family's medical expenses

Dental Plan - to cover you and your family's dental expenses

Vision Plan - to cover you and your family's glasses and contact expenses

Aetna Voluntary Plans - lets you purchase plans that provide cash benefits directly to you for accidents, illnesses or for a hospital stay

Basic Life Insurance - Provided by the company for your family if you pass away

Basic AD&D Insurance - Provided by the company to pay for additional expenses if you pass away accidentally

Supplemental Life Insurance - Voluntary, enables you to purchase additional life insurance for yourself, spouse and children

Healthcare Flexible Spending Account - to pay your share of your eligible medical expenses exempt from tax

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account - to make your eligible child care expenses exempt from tax

Commuter Program - Pre-tax payment of railway, subway, buses and parking expenses

Short Term Disability - to continue a percentage of your pay if you should be out of work due to medical reasons

Employee Assistance Program - confidential program to help you deal with stress, addiction, financial counseling, daycare issues, eldercare, anger management, etc.

USI Benefit Resource Center - can help with claims through insurance, insurance questions, etc.

Benefit Plan Manager (BPM) - is NYSC's third party benefits administrator. Employees signing up for insurance can access their individualized employee portal to enroll or make changes to their insurance at hire and Open Enrollment.

You are also covered under Social Security, Unemployment and Workers' Compensation through the company.

NYSC also provides paid time off for vacation, illness and holidays for eligible employees.
