Continuation of Benefits (COBRA)

Our group health insurance program may be continued by Federal Law if you are no longer employed with NYSC or are no longer eligible for benefits. You will have 60 days to select COBRA once your benefits are terminated. In most states you will be able to stay on COBRA for up to 18 months. You will receive a detailed explanation of this benefit upon termination from our third party Benefit Administrator, Benefit Plan Manager (BPM) if you qualify.
