Benefit Plan Manager (BPM)

NYSC uses a third-party benefits administrator called BPM. Employees signing up for insurance can access their individualized employee portal to enroll or make changes to their insurance at hire and Open Enrollment. BPM sends out emails to employees once they become eligible for insurance (new hires, newly eligible, Open Enrollment). You can then log onto your individualized employee portal to elect or make changes to your benefits. BPM also sends out Cobra information to employees who are no longer eligible for coverage or terminate employment.
